The weekend

Not a whole lot happened this weekend, but I have to start somewhere with my blog, so I might as well start with this weekend. Saturday we had a group date with some single people, I didn't go as planned. Ben and I tried to set up two of our friends. The date was planned and we were going to go bowling, the only problem was that there was a bowling tournament taking place at the same time, so we just had everyone over to our apartment and played games. fortunately I had most of the day Friday to clean. Saturday night Ben and I made pizza and watched "You Can't Take it With You". Ben needed a break from his homework and that was obvious because he was dancing around to the soundtrack from the Titanic. We had fun trying to do the whole leaning over the side of the ship pose. "You Can't Take it With You" is now one of Ben's favorite movies. I still need to watch the last 30 min. or so because, like always, I fell asleep and now I don't know the end to the story. Today, Ben's cousin Casey spoke in church and will be leaving for his mission to the Philippines in two weeks. The Cox family is HUGE! It is always so fun to get together with them because it is just like getting together with the white side of my family, loud. we may not have as many people, but it may be just as loud. (Loud is not bad, it would be so boring if it were any different.)
